Eligibility follows the class on your Alberta licence, not your job title.

    Class 1

    Commercial drivers

    Including tractor-trailer drivers.

    Class 2

    Bus drivers

Including school and passenger bus drivers.

    Class 4

    Passenger & emergency transport

Including taxi, ride-share, ambulance and smaller bus drivers.

Class 3 and Class 5 licences do not qualify for this offer, including Class 5 delivery or gig couriers. Photo radar and red-light camera owner notices are excluded. The standalone insurance report is not discounted.

The ticket. The abstract. The employer file.

For a Class 1 driver, a ticket can raise questions beyond the fine. Alberta's commercial driver abstract includes conviction and commercial inspection information that employers can use to assess safety risks. Tell us about any employer deadline or request for records during intake.

    Alberta's guide to driver abstracts

A non-moving amendment can be the request.

Where the facts and available procedure support it, Fabsy can ask the prosecutor about amending the charge to a non-moving offence. The evidence, prosecutor and court determine what is available. You decide whether to accept any proposed resolution.

This is an option to pursue, not a promised result. We cannot promise a clean abstract, continued employment, fewer demerits or an insurance outcome. Fabsy is an Alberta traffic ticket agent service, not a law firm.

    How to get the 20%.

    1. 1

      Choose your licence class

On the officer-ticket intake, declare the class printed on your Alberta licence.

    2. 2

      Upload a readable licence photo

We check the class in the uploaded photo against your declaration. The verified match must be Class 1, 2 or 4.

    3. 3

      Review your checkout price

If verified before checkout, the discount is applied to the service fee. GST is calculated on the discounted amount.

    Can't verify before checkout?

Checkout stays at the full price. After payment, follow the secure licence-upload prompt to request the 20%. Once eligibility is verified, we refund the discount and corresponding GST to your original payment method. A declaration alone does not unlock the discount.

    Pro driver questions

Which drivers qualify for the pro discount?

A verified Alberta Class 1, 2 or 4 licence is required. The class read from your licence photo must match the class you declare. A job title alone does not qualify. Class 3 and Class 5 licences, including Class 5 gig couriers, are excluded.

What does the pro driver service cost?

Eligible, verified officer-ticket clients pay $158.40 CAD plus GST for Rapid Resolution or $183.20 CAD plus GST for the Resolution + Insurance Planning bundle. These are 20% below the regular $198 and $229 service prices. Government fines and trial representation are separate.

Does the discount cover photo radar or a standalone insurance report?

No. The pro driver discount applies only to eligible officer-issued ticket services. Photo radar and red-light camera owner notices are excluded, as is the standalone Insurance Impact & Renewal Planning Report.

What happens if my licence is not verified before payment?

Checkout stays at full price. You can submit a readable licence photo through the secure post-payment prompt. After verification, Fabsy refunds the 20% service discount and corresponding GST to the original payment method. A discount already applied at checkout is not refunded a second time.

Can Fabsy keep a conviction off my employer's abstract?

Fabsy can pursue a supported pre-trial resolution and ask about a non-moving amendment where the facts and procedure allow. The prosecutor and court determine what is available. No clean abstract, employment, demerit or insurance outcome is promised.
